Steve Levack, CEO.
Steve enjoys helping clients to achieve their full potential. He also likes coaching team members to be the best they can be. His approach to success is based in creating a strong relationship between The TaxForce and its clients, thus empowering them to meet their goals. Outside of work, Steve can be found spending time with his daughter, hiking, waterskiing, or reading. One of his goals is to fly regularly in his own plane or helicopter.
Caitlin Lawrence, VP of Finance.
On a typical day, Caitlin can be found at her computer working on a corporate tax return, or doing some tax planning for a client. (Among other things, as she is a jack of all trades at The TaxForce. She finds great satisfaction in sharing her expertise, especially when she can help clients save money in the process. Some of Caitlin’s hobbies include spending time with her husband and two dogs, going to the gym, attending dance classes, hiking, and cooking. Her goal is to become a partner at The TaxForce.
Sarah Bird, Office Organizer.
Sarah is the master of organization at The TaxForce. She ensures all data is up to date, archives files, and assists her team wherever else her expertise is needed. For her, the highlights of her job are being able to help her colleagues, as well as the satisfaction of keeping things well organized. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She has spent time traveling in Italy and South Africa and her hope is to visit Europe again soon.
Scott Loucks – Staff Accountant
Meet one of our Staff Accountants, Scott Loucks!
Scott takes care of our personal taxes (T1) and corporate financial statements (T2) and Bookkeeping! One of Scotts favourite part of the job is the work environment and the people at the TaxForce. He also enjoys the vast variety of work that can change from day to day. When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys watching sports. That includes his Green Bay Packers and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Develin McAstocker – Staff Accountant
Meet one of our Staff Accountants, Develin McAstocker!
Dev takes care of our personal taxes (T1) and corporate financial statements (T2) and Bookkeeping! Develin’s favourite part of the job is that every assignment is kind of like a puzzle, and he loves when the pieces of that puzzle all come together. When dev is not at work he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and take his new car out for a drive!
