This is not a drill.
We know that anytime a phone call comes through from the “CRA”, you immediately assume it’s a scam. And that’s a GOOD thing, because scammers do exist and they love to pretend to be the CRA.
But, this month the actual CRA is back in action and will be making phone calls. Don’t worry though, there are ways you can check and ensure you are not being scammed BEFORE you answer any questions on the phone.
